Avleen Vig (@avleen) has started an Ops School Syllabus with the goal of defining a course to teach nubile, energetic sysadmins a thing or two about IT operations. The scope of the syllabus is around Linux and networking. The document started with a single page and, through the contributions of several folks, has already expanded to 10 pages. There are lots of good ideas and comments in the document.
